Used this software once with my iPad2, to transfer some music files to my iMac. It took only this time for iTunes stop recognizing my iPad!! Please be very careful and think twice before buying or even test this software! I contacted iMacsoft iPad team about this annoying problem and I was told to erase one music file and that after that my iPad should be again recognized by ITunes. Unfortunately that didn’t work and I kept receiving the same message… Not even my iTunes backups where there!! Anyone with the same problem? I don’t want to erase everything and return to fabric parameters and build all my stuff from zero… -.-
